Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Wave Apothecary ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Wave Apothecary is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Wave Apothecary is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return Policy
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the products.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by email to info@waveapothecary.com.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement
Conditions for Returns
In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The products were purchased in the last 14 days
- The products are in their original packaging
Our 14-day money-back guarantee is limited to your first purchase of each product.
Returning Products
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us.
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery
