Directions

Shake well before each use. Mix our syrups with your favorite beverages and foods! Some of our favorite ways to use the syrup are mixing it up with sodas, teas (hot & cold), coffee, lemonade, or any other beverage you would like to medicate and sweeten up. Another way to use our syrups is in cooking! We like to pour our syrup over pancakes and waffles, as well as using it in place of processed sugars as a low-glycemic sweetener for baking! We recommend starting with 10 mL before finding the right dosage.

Each 1 mL serving contains approximately 2 mg of CBD. We suggest taking 10 or 20 mL daily and adjusting up or down for your specific application and tolerance. Our 4 oz bottle has twelve 10 mL servings or six 20 mg doses.

The recommended dosage for an adult will vary depending on many factors. We recommend starting out with 1/4th of the bottle, then trying out more if you are enjoying it.

Terpenes are naturally occurring aromatic compounds found in fruits, flowers and herbs. Terpenes and terpenoids are behind the scents of thyme, black pepper, lavender, citrus fruits, etc. The cannabis plant is rich in terpenes.
