The best way to take the tincture is simply dropping it on/under your tongue, and drinking some liquid to wash it down. It should taste like coconuts and hemp. We do not use alcohol in our tinctures.
The recommended dosage will vary depending on many things. We suggest taking half a dropperful to start out with, then taking more depending on desired effects.
The onset of the tinctures will be fast like our syrups, but not as slow as the capsules. We suggest taking your dose and waiting around 30 minutes before trying out more.
In addition to CBD (cannabidiol), several other phytocannabinoids, as well as terpenes are present in our products because we use organic full-spectrum extract. We own all of our own formulas and are constantly improving upon them. Most other CBD brands use white labels, meaning they do not own or create their own CBD formulas. We use Colorado grown hemp only, bred using only organic farming methods. Our products are the most allergen-friendly options available on the CBD market. We retain small-batch production practices to ensure quality in our products, and as always, are 100% vegan & cruelty-free.
All our hemp is organically grown in a licensed farm in Colorado. We work with farmers that employ sustainable and organic methods of farming. Terpenes are naturally occurring aromatic compounds found in fruits, flowers and herbs. Terpenes and terpenoids are behind the scents of thyme, black pepper, lavender, citrus fruits, etc. The cannabis plant is rich in terpenes. It has been reported that certain terpene strains like caryophyllene, myrcene and limonene have beneficial effects particularly in relieving anxiety and stress. Terpenes can be used in aroma-therapy, and can also enhance the entourage effect when combined with other molecules in hemp.
In a nutshell, CBD and THC are both cannabinoids, but THC produces psychoactive effects while CBD doesn’t. THC is like CBD’s bigger brother.
