    The best way to consume the capsules is to simply take one orally with some water or liquid. Place it on your tongue, drink liquid, & swallow.
    The dosage required will vary depending on many things. We recommend starting out with 1 capsule.
    Since the medicine is encased in a capsule, it will take ~45 minutes to start to feel the onset.

    Terpenes are naturally occurring aromatic compounds found in fruits, flowers and herbs. Terpenes and terpenoids are behind the scents of thyme, black pepper, lavender, citrus fruits, etc. The cannabis plant is rich in terpenes. It has been reported that certain terpene strains like caryophyllene, myrcene and limonene have beneficial effects particularly in relieving anxiety and stress.
